BrightonSEO 2025, held on the 11th and 12th of April, was everything we hoped it would be and more. Our CEO, Aprajita Kohli, attended the event in person this year and came back buzzing with insights, connections, and a renewed sense of what’s next in the ever-evolving world of SEO and digital marketing.
Hands-On Learning With No Fluff
BrightonSEO is known for cutting through the jargon, and this year was no different. Every session delivered actionable takeaways. From AI-powered content workflows and GA4 troubleshooting to TikTok search optimization and evolving E-E-A-T practices, it was all about things SEO professionals can actually use.
Our CEO mentioned how refreshing it was to hear real stories—what worked, what flopped, what needs tweaking. Whether it was international SEO structure, schema markup, or scaling content across channels, the emphasis was clearly on sharing what’s real, not what just sounds good on slides.
Real Talk Around User-First SEO
A clear trend across the event was the increased focus on creating genuinely useful content. It is less about trying to game algorithms and more about building with people in mind. The SEO world is moving towards user-first strategies—clean structure, clear navigation, fast loading, accessibility, and content that actually answers people’s questions.
That’s exactly the approach we’ve been taking at Megri Soft. It was energising to see others on the same path and hear how they were making it work.
Tech, Content, UX – All in One Room
Another strong message from Brightonseo 2025? The silos are disappearing. Innovative brands no longer run SEO, dev, and content as disconnected departments. They’re making sure teams talk to each other.
Whether it was someone from a SaaS company or an eCommerce brand, the best results were coming from collaboration across disciplines. Seeing how other companies are integrating these moving parts was encouraging, and it gave us fresh motivation to push even more cross-team efforts at Megri.
Community Vibes and Real Connections
It wasn’t just about the sessions. Brightonseo continues to be one of the most open, welcoming events in the digital space. She connected with SEO pros from across the globe—from solo consultants to big agency players—and the conversations weren’t just small talk.
People were honest about challenges, curious about what others were testing, and generous with knowledge. Whether over coffee or during a walk by the sea, the dialogue stayed focused, helpful, and human.
Brighton’s Charm Didn’t Disappoint
Of course, being in Brighton helped. The seafront setting, indie cafés, and relaxed atmosphere gave the whole event an energy that’s hard to find at most conferences. During breaks, attendees would chat about core web vitals, SERPS, and voice search like it was another day.
The city’s vibe greatly influenced how collaborative and accessible the entire event felt. It was SEO talk without the stiffness—just smart people sharing ideas.
A comment From Our Director
Reflecting on her experience, Aprajita Kohli shared,
“What I loved most about Brightonseo was how real everything felt. No fluff, no ego—just people genuinely sharing what’s working and what’s not. It reminded me that the best ideas often come from just talking to people in the trenches like you are.”
Bringing the Momentum Back to Megrisoft
The takeaways didn’t stay in Brighton. Back at Megri Soft, we’re already building on everything our CEO brought back—rethinking AI in our workflows, experimenting with new content approaches, and refining how we handle analytics. What happens at Brightonseo doesn’t stay there—it turns into new strategies, experiments, and discussions that carry forward.
Until Next Time…
Will we be back next year? 100%. Hopefully, I can do it with more of the team, too. For now, we’ve got strategies to test, ideas to launch, and a lot of inspiration driving us forward.
