Megrisoft attended Session on Doing Business in UK & Europe at CII Chandigarh
Megrisoft CEO Mohnesh kohli participated in Session on Doing Business in UK & Europe organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Chandigarh Council on Thursday, 17 January 2013 at CII Northern Region Headquarters, Sector 31– A, Chandigarh.
The session was addressed by Mr Simon Bickerdike and Mr Saionton Basu, Partner & Co-Head India Group & Global Chair Multilaw India Practice Group,Penningtons Solicitors LLP, London. The session is shared by Mr Chitranjan Agarwal.
The purpose of the session was to create an an interactive platform for Indian Companies keen to explore business opportunities and forge ties in various ways in / with UK and Europe. Mr Saionton Basu spoke on the issue of Business Opportunities in UK and Europe and Broad UK Immigration Issues for Indian Corporate. Mr Simon Bickerdike addressed the issue relating to M&A, JV and Capital Raising for Indian Corporates in UK and Europe to Setting up a Business Presence in UK – Covering Tax, Employment, Contracts etc.
Interactive session was good and questions raised by CII members of chandigarh was well replied by Mr Simon Bickerdike and Mr Saionton Basu.
The session was ended with high tea hosted by Penningtons Solicitors LLP, London.
