Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partnering with management to determine staffing needs
- Recruitment of required manpower as per requirement
- Screening resumes, selecting candidates, and performing interviews
- Performing reference and background checks
- Tracking recruiting activities and reporting candidate status.
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Publish a post on online job boards/portals, and LinkedIn to find qualified candidates for open positions
- Handle company’s Social Media for open jobs and other works
- Manages calendars and schedules appointments
- Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories
- Creating maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
- Coordinating events in the company as necessary
- Send notifications as necessary to employees
- Look after attendance and other matters as assigned by management
