Roles and Responsibilities:
- Look after CRM and work on mail on a regular basis
- Attend live chats and inform your senior immediately when
- Updates the CRM accurately on a daily basis
- Timely Revert To Customers without any Missing Information
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- Confirm with concerned staff that follow-up is done with non-converted Clients
